8/6/08  I keep a running tally of my exercises along with my food points on my frig (magnetic list.)  So I thought I’d transfer it over here with my weigh-in on a weekly basis.  Good accountability, plus it is encouraging for me to see how I’ve done.

8/6/08 Miles walked:  13.  100 push-up challenge workouts:  3 days, (213 pushups!)  Curves workouts:  3

8/13/08  Miles walked:  11.5, 100 push up challenge:  3 days (225 pushups,)  Curves workouts: 2

8/20/08 Miles walked:  12 3/4, 100 pushup challenge:  1 day,  Curves workouts:  2

1/14/09  I realized I had abandoned this page.  But I think it will be helpful to me if I start keeping track of my workouts again.  I did completely abandon the pushup challenge.  I think I will start again, but not yet.

I am going to try to keep a running log of my exercise by the week.

3/14/09  Update:  Haven’t been keeping track here lately…too much going on in my life, and its not exercise!  But have been walking the dogs still, and getting in good walks at work when I am there.

11/3/09  Hey all, if you check this page, I am taking a break from writing down all my exercise.  I am doing really well at getting some form of exercise every day, usually weights, running/walking, swimming, and tabata intervals.  Hope to add biking soon, if I ever get that flat tire fixed.
