The decorating continued! I put a little tree in my bedroom!
The bathroom got in on the act:
I made a table runner for my little table. That snow globe is a special gift from a friend.
My BF made this Christmas tree quilt for me years ago. Each Christmas I add a few “decorations” to it–single earrings or pins I will never wear. It is full of fun treasures that I would otherwise never enjoy.
And to all a good night!
As always, your comments tell of a good life, well lived. I wish you a wonderful Christmas and a happy new year. Am inspired to go back to quilting in 2015, starting small–potholders? : ) Best regards to the dear dogs.
Merry Christmas, Anne! Yes, try a little quilting–so therapeutic, in the best possible way!
Love, LOVE the pink bathroom tree and angel. 🙂 Thanks for sharing your life with us this year, Debby. Merry Christmas!
Yes, I almost put that little tree in the discard box! It is one of my favorite decorations this year.
Your bedroom tree is so pretty – love the flocked look! And your bathroom decorations – swoon! I am still lusting over your pink bathroom so much!!! What a neat idea to use your single earrings and such on the BF tree…your creativity impresses me. Your house looks so pretty with all of the holiday decorations; I’m glad you were so inspired to put so much out this year! Love the sleeping pups (of course!), too! 🙂
The only trouble with the bedroom tree is that I like to get in bed with the little twinkle lights on. Then when I get sleepy, I don’t want to get up to turn the lights off–I need a remote control for it 🙂
Beautiful! (Plus I want to scratch that dog belly!)
Lovely decorations, but I’m with the other commenters- that pink bathroom nook is so very appealing! Clearly the dogs are exhausted from helping you. Have a blessed Christmas and New Year! I enjoyed your The Quilt Show episode.
LOL at the exhausted dogs. They have such a hard life…
I love the quilt with the added decorations. What a great idea!
Have a wonderful Christmas Debby – especially in your newly done house!
Debby…loved the latest photos of your Christmas decorations. Love the idea of adding single earrings, etc. to the tree quilt. I will try that one. Now for those cute fat dogs…looks like they are “all snug in their beds” waiting for Santa. ha ha So cute!!!
Have a wonderful Christmas and a Blessed New Year. mickie
PS How did you add the snow flakes that are dropping in the photos? Nice touch.
Merry Christmas to you, Mickie! The snow flakes are something that WordPress adds automatically every December 1. I had to click something or other to request it a long time ago, but now its automatic. I like them too. I think you can change the direction of the flakes by moving your mouse 🙂
Merry Christmas my friend!
See you soon 🙂
Love, Mary Lynn
I can hardly wait!
I hope you and the lovely doggies had a wonderful Christmas Debby.
Your decorations are beautiful! I, too, liked the seashell and pinkish tree. Your spirit really shines through. All is calm when you have snuggly doggies, right?
